Join my Italian wine tour of Irpinia

Greetings All and Happy New Year!

Wine travel Italy enotourism

As you may remember from my previous postings and via my shares on Twitter and Facebook I am leading a wine tour to Irpinia, the mountainous region of Campania, Italy, just due east of Naples. I was fortunate enough to be flown over in June of last year, and shown the sights by the Avellino Chamber of Commerce. They were hoping to drum up interest in this hidden gem of a region. Wow, was I ever impressed.

I was so impressed, in fact, that I decided to bring my own group over this summer on a private food and wine tour of Irpinia from June 14th through the 21st

We will be staying in a 4 star resort, eat TRUFFLES, traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine including dinner at Michelin starred restaurant Mariana, drink world class DOCG wines, and get enjoy private tours of their vineyards by rockstar wine makers, such as Antonio Caggiano, Salvatore Molettieri, and Luigi Moio.

Our 7-day trip which includes accommodations, all your food, wine, transportation and airport transfers is ONLY $2,950 per guest, excluding airfare. All this for 1/3 of what you'd pay in Tuscany or Piemonte and we won't be surrounded by hordes of tourists.

If you're interested please email me for details, and reservations at wineforthe99@gmail.com. A $500 holds your spot and this trip was made for a small group.

Hurry as prices go up in March!

Salute!

Parts of Irpinia are at the same elevation as Denver which means while the tourists are boiling hot in Rome, we'll have cool, dry temperatures perfect for exploring vineyards and ruins.
